Hello - new old boy

;D Hello, just been diverted here from the main IPMS forum.

...been building plastic models for decades, mainly cars, although my business and building real Hot Rods meant very few in the last 20 years.
I have a bit more time to myself lately so looking to getting back into scale models, but putting in a little more effort and detail.
....so looking to pick up a few more tips.

....I started a few hot rods, but due to lack of time (70+hr working weeks in my business),
money and the difficulty of sourcing correct parts, few ever got finished.
I found Beetles much more agreeable with most parts just a phone call away.
Here are me last two (which I owned at the same time).... sold them both just six months ago.
