Welcome aboard Dave!
To post photos here you will need a Photobucket (or similar) account. You transfer photos from your computer/ phone to Photobucket (which is no more complicated than selecting the photo(s) you want and hitting "Upload") and then you can add them to posts (again, just a copy and paste exercise).
