This Monogram Ford F100 was built by my brother about 30 years ago. Although still in fairly good condition I decided to strip it down and rebuild it. The engine looks OK so I'll probably leave it as is apart from a bit of touching up. I've already started stripping the paint using Mr Muscle oven cleaner and so far most of it has come off with no problem.

The body work has been stripped revealing the original yellow plastic. The chassis will get a rub down and repaint but I won't be stripping it. Having had a better look at the engine it might come out for some refurbishment. When the weather picks up I'll be able to get some primer on it. (I do my spray painting in the garden.)

It's been a while but I finally got round to priming the cab after debadging the bonnet and removing the mould lines. I'll make a start on the bed after Telford.
