Hi,
Dave - you're putting us to shame! At least I can say I've started on a '63 project. Hope to see some of the others in that stash on the table next November.
Cheers,

Well, I can offer a replica stock Super Lightweight Galaxie for the '63 shenanigans. It hasn't been shown anywhere (partly because it is pretty dull to look at) but it is a '63 car.

I did start a fuel altered (?) flip bodied Corvette dragster a couple of years ago, but can I find it now

Found it, and it's a '67. No worries, it will get built someday...

At the moment my stash of '63 cars is limited to these. I can't decide whether to do something with one of them or get something more mainstream in.

Hi,
Those are fairly unique cars so I don't know if I'd customise them. I think there'll be a few '63 vettes so maybe a Chevy Impala, a Cobra, an AMT Pontiac Tempest AWB funny car, an AMT Avanti, or an AMT Ford Galaxie would fit the bill.
Cheers,

Hi My Turbine has been staring at me since SMW so I decided to take the plunge yesterday! Beware the "chrome" runner. Mine has more flash than a flashy flash thing, and it's thick stuff too. So much so in places it's difficult to find the sprue gates. I've managed to detach the main engine parts and they have been subjected to a spell in bleach to strip off the manky chrome ahead of cleaning up. All I can find on the interweb are dull ali bits rather than anything polished. Not to say they couldn't be Rich

I picked this up at Huddersfield so I'm good to go. I should be able to finish it in nine months. ;D

Hi,
That Impala looks just the ticket for our theme display at SMW in November! Make sure you keep us posted with the build in the workshop.

I picked up a Revell '63 Impala last weekend so now I've got a pair to choose from.
