I have finally started a build for the Telford Commercial Vehicle theme. Might even finish it... The body has been smoothed of all trim, the suspension slammed, and a set of Radir mags fitted ( from the Fireball 500 kit ). The engine is the Ford lump from the Revell '32 kits. This will be a curbside build, with some metallic paint, maybe two tone, and some tasteful pinstriping, a '60s mild custom look. Any comments on colours and whitewalls are welcome, Dave.

Hi,
That looks like a good start to your project. I'm not feeling particularly clever right now so I'm afraid I haven't got any colour ideas for you! Maybe something will come to me later...
If you get the build done for Telford only having recently started it I'll be impressed. I'm starting to panic about getting my '32 prostreet pickup done - the parts are 90% painted and I've got a week's holiday coming up during which I plan to assemble the model but you know how life gets in the way of our very important hobby!
Let us know how this build goes, I'm looking foward to seeing which way you go with it.
Cheers,

I don't even know if I'll get to Telford yet (work has been a bugger this year...) but, even if I don't, I will send some of my builds. As for this one, it is now wearing a resin sedan delivery body, so will be a proper curbside build. Maybe? I'll be happy to finish anything this year!!
