30 model A rat sedan

this was built along side the chopped 30 A 5 window. the kit is the revell "good guys" 29/30 sedan. an old 29 roadster chassis was modified with a scratchbuilt floor. the roof was chopped a painted with Ford Signal Yellow laquer, this was left to harden about half way so that i could chip at the paint. this was then airbrushed with water based custom mixed rust (3 shades) and when each colour was dry, i lightly sanded the surface. the flathead is from a revell 48 Ford, the tyres are stock kit items, but had to be modified to fit the torque thrusts. many other parts were scavenged from the other kits and scratchbuilt.
