Well I didn't realise how different the Consul was to the Zephyr! I have sanded the side trim off and made the bodyline sharper (and moved the curve up at the back at bit towards the rear). The front has been cut out ready for the grille and I have just added some plasticard to the edges of the front arches as I sanded them away a bit but also I think the were a little soft. The rear panel has also been cut away and replaced with plastic sheet and the rear lights/ 'fins' have been altered - still lots of filling and sanding to do!
