Following on from my quick build '32 roadster, I thought I would do a quick Model T dragster, but just a little differently. The chassis is scratch built, and uses '34 pick up suspension front and rear. The engine is the twin carb Hemi from AMT's '32 roadster kit, and it looks massive in this car! The rear wheels are also from the '32 kit, wearing Lindberg '34 pick up slicks, where as the front wheels and tyres are parts box specials. The interior will have a single bucket seat and a roll bar. Thanks for the body, Harley! Enjoy...

Weird looking but somehow it works! Well, it works for me but then I'm weird anyway!

Yeah, looks a bit strange - has the roof been chopped? It all seems to work except the front wheels which just look too wide to my eye

Weird and strange, a good combination! The body is the chopped coupe from the AMT kit, it comes like that in the box. The front tyres are narrow enough so they don't stick out of the fenders, that first photo just makes them look massive. Dave

Done a bit of bodywork today, Hemi's weren't meant to fit in Model T's! I have had to chop a bit out of the cowl to clear the heads, and a small amount out of the top to clear the carbs.
