Bikes Early rods Early drag stuff Fink/ Weirdo/ Deal Wheels stuff
Untouched, started or built ups, I'm not fussy!
If it's anything like last year I imagine the cheap stuff will start appearing on Sunday afternoon - but the phone will be on both days, just in case!
Can you tell how much I wanted to make it across?

Bad to hear you can't make it, the weekend should be a laugh. Will take lots of pics.

OK, I'm not a happy bunny.
I spent the weekend freezing my nuts off dragging stuff into the garage, rebuilding shelves that had mysteriously bent during the move, despairing at what two months outside had done to chrome and polished ally - but what kept me going? The thought that someone would ring/ text me from Telford with something I couldn't live without.
Not a squeak! I can only assume it was a rubbish show, or you all had your fingers broken, or you all hate me. Or all three.
See you there next year?

bugger all there really......
There was a blue beetle, but he wanted £80 for it
~Couple of new type bikes, nothing that we thought you would be interested in....sorry
We had a blast though.....we misssed you and your builds
We need to do better next year as the display looked very plain as your sig boards got smashed in my move!!!!!

I'll see if I can rustle up some replacements - on hardboard this time! By happy coincidence the One Shot paints and dagger brushes materialised during yesterday's traumas and seem to be intact, so I've got a year to dream up something even more eye catching - I'm going through a Fink phase at the moment so be warned!

Before I get totally carried away, have a think about what size these boards could realistically be (bearing in mind the other shows they might get used for and getting them to and from the shows) and let me know what you think might be feasible.

May I suggest my system of cheapo Foamex board and cut up images may be an easier way. That and It can be folded up flat in seconds.

That's the sort of thing I had in mind. Maybe two units (each six foot maximum width) so there's some flexibility for smaller shows?

I've made two, 1 six foot and 1 12 foot wide as they need to be 1 piece to transport easily.

That's my next job. I'm investigating some sort of low flat nested hexagonal design.
