I am moving along nicely on a build of the Fantastic Ice T.....Base coat of light blue 2 days ago......nice. Then last night, taped off the pattern and sprayed a very light coat of darker blue, it dried instantly. Unmasked the body.....wow looks cool. Then within an hour i applied the decals....again, nice. went on well.....looks great. Now, at this point i should have stopped and left it over night, but nooooooo........impatience stepped in. What will it look like cleared? I ask myself......the decals look dry? ?? no harm. So.....on went the clear....bugger The clear hgas run like a sprinter and the decals have wrinkled!!!!! Lesson learned. I will finish it and learn the hard way Lee

It's not unknown for decals to settle down once they've wrinkled but that does depend on how bad a wrinkle you've got, and why they wrinkled in the first place!
Might be time for a trip to the stripping fluid!
