After sprayed it, defects with gaps for fillers with body work and rear bumper. I have repaired and fills in small white filler for gaps with body work and wet sand down it. excuss water wipe off with it.
I have re sprayed it with second primer with after repaired. I'm confidential this

I can't waiting two tone colours with scrapped body work with trail.

I will sprayed two metallic colours with pieces and doors on this afternoon

WOW!, I have finished repair and re spray with body shell and pieces after repair with fillers. I'm confidential this

I'm not pleased this massive defected paint with my Astra, It was caused contham with bare bright orange moulded with paint eater. Very badly repaired with massive defected. I'm afraid it

Good news, I still chin up over replaced Bodyshell and pieces on since March. I has destroyed my second body shell with bad defected paint over contham bare plastic through paint surface and badly repairs
I order my white plastic moulded body shell and pieces from Hobby Company

Badly defects with bright orange moulded body shell with light metallic colour with paint eater from hell

I hope, no again with hacked for roof off from body shell, scream! Evil Hazmod III will cut off this body shell

I have finished my replaced bodywork and shell on few days, and change it, Why I made our decision over renamed to Convertible.
I has made my floor and gearbox housing floor with chassis. and I made conversion with rear seat with Super Convertible

I have sprayed last Astra body shell, side doors, and rear bumper with plastic primer on today, and I will checked it and bit of repairs and re sprayed it.
My last Astra Convertible body unlikely previous body shell, where is it was destroyed because critical repaired it

I have been sprayed all body shell, side doors and rear bumper with final Lacquer coats on two times on last hour ago. no problem with white plastic moulded body shell with metallic and lacquer,
I has had sprayed lower side of body work with pearl blue with bit of spray around and light sprayed with smooth it.

I has forgot with headlight covers on left in here, and I has sprayed it on today, no problem

I still keep my chin up, and HUSH!

Update on July 11 2014, Evening

I have re sprayed new fresh metallic colour after repaired with defect it. I have order and buy special colour aerosol from Halfords. an old metallic was not matched with fresh metallic colour with Astra body shell as off colour matched
I will not accepted it and I have re sprayed all pieces and body works

My old metallic Titanium from Vauxhall, as It was 14 years old. and New fresh metallic was right colour match with titanium colour

I do n't looked this off colour metallic matched with my Astra Super Convertible with delays

I have resprayed with all pieces and bodywork, on 2-3 times. I was frustrated it :-L

After sprayed all body works and pieces on last week, and I leave it on three weeks until hard paint surface with it, and checked it

I ready building my used discard pieces for trims. I make all side doors with inside trims from Ferrari 360 Spyder's useless trim doors, cut off and file down with clear side doors from Astra's coupe. I has had found Subaru Impreza WRC 98's large brake discs, as do n't worry, I have crushed hub out of brake discs for replace Astra's hub photo etches and nice flashed brake discs with all black wheels with very nice smart

I still ready building all cockpit and seats with conversion

I have mind my secret plan,

I have ready building side doors' trims covered on now. and I still make it on continued

I will think about trims with nice clothes with seats but I can't wait

I will ready make rear large brake discs with conversion on now

I still building my project 450 on continued, and I have my problem over gap of door shut to body shell as I file down edges of doors because It was building paint surface on three times. Gently file down it and fit it and free gap from doors and body shell. If You would hard press side door fit body shell but can caused wrecked your paint surface with massive cracked like mirror's, and You will checked door fit this body and file down with gently and fit again. When I hard press bonnet on body shell with end of massive cracked with paint surface inside basecoat metallic surface with my Mercedes 300 SLR sport car and I have restored new bonnet fit my original Mercedes, and put an original bonnet in bin. Very important for progress

I used researched my VXR and SRI body styles for Vauxhall with DNA, and I still take my choice for any models with VXR and SRi with better things around it, but I have my secret, HUSH!

I still worked this rear seat with existence DTM coupe on continued

I was drills in to headlight covered for fit lens inside it with smoke paint, because Sport styles used dark tinted covered with headlights as very nice looked

I still file down Subaru Impreza WRC 98's front large brake discs and fit Opel Astra Coupe's photo etch and Peugeot 307CC rally photo etch with large brake discs with shine sidewall discs with black wheels as very nice

I ;ve made all large brake discs with shine photo etch sidewall with vents, like rally car's, but It was very nice smart
I have executed and fixed this interior cockpit with Subaru Impreza's housing with reduced size for front seat fits, and I still file down and put putty with housing as AH! I will sort it

I will building more conversion trims parts on further

I'm still find any 1/1 Scale, convertible models on the roads and parking it, What is I looked for and I will interest it, and I will let think and my right choice and reaches my wise decision

I will worked dashboard with steering wheel from 1/24 Scale,used parts with conversion, and let me think
I will worked Formula one steering gears lever on 1990's to present like sport cars or expensive posh car and fit an electric brake lever on device and worked digital meters on dashboard

I has worked an interior with VXR styles colour and nice black carpet floor on continued
I has fixed chrome frames foils with frames
I has checked fit with hinges and reduced building paint surface with hinges.
I has made my front seat with seat insert housings with red ribbons
I has replaced Astra Grille from Porsche 959's grille
I made coarse Carbon fibres decals with side trim pieces and side walls floor, and finished it and I painted clear smoke for carbon fibres effects
I still can't waiting finished it on yet

I have confirmed finish our project 450 on tonight, and I will fixed more trims on there

I have looked my very nice smart Astra Convertible MK 4 and WOW! Nice smart wheels with shine disc brakes show off!

I will take our secret project 450 to SMW 2014 competition on next month, but no released my further images and press conference launch until SMW 2014

Our project 450 has better than VX 440i and Our 450 was wonderful colour interiors with VXR styles suit with all seat harness with photo etch key inserts
